How many people does the house sleep?
The house sleeps up to six people. There are three spacious bedrooms, each with a 160 cm-wide double bed. A cot can be provided on request.
Is a car necessary?
Yes. The house is deliberately located in a quiet area away from mass tourism. With a car you have complete freedom to shop, eat out, visit the coast and explore the area.
How far is Alicante Airport?
Alicante Airport is about a 30-minute drive from the house.
How far is the beach?
Alicante and Playa del Postiguet are about 40 minutes away. Other Costa Blanca beaches are also easily reachable.
Is the pool private?
Yes. The 3 by 12 metre pool is fully private and exclusively for your group. Please note: the pool is not fenced.
Is the pool heated?
No. The pool is not heated.
Are there parasols?
Yes, there are parasols so you can create your own shady spot.
Is the garden fully fenced?
Yes. The entire plot is fenced.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are negotiable. Get in touch beforehand and we'll look at it together on a case-by-case basis.
Are children welcome?
Absolutely. Children are more than welcome.
Is there a cot and highchair?
Yes. Both a cot and a highchair are available on request.
Does the house have stairs?
No. The house is fully single-level.
Is there air conditioning?
Yes. The entire house has central air conditioning that can also heat, plus there is a pellet stove.
Is there wifi?
Yes. Wifi is available and included. A good internet connection is especially handy here, as mobile coverage in the area isn't always equally strong.
Are bed linen and towels included?
Yes. The beds are made up on arrival. Per person we provide one large bath towel and one small towel. Bring your own beach towels.
Where can we do our shopping?
In Hondón de las Nieves you'll find supermarkets, a bakery, a butcher, a pharmacy and several local shops. The village is about an 8-minute drive away.
Can we park at the house?
Yes. There's ample private parking on the property, and there's also a garage.
When can we check in and check out?
Check-in is between 16:00 and 21:00. Check-out is by 11:00 at the latest.
How much is the security deposit?
The security deposit is €800.
Is there a washing machine?
Yes. There's a washing machine available, and we also provide detergent tablets.
Is smoking allowed?
No. Smoking inside the house is not allowed.
Are parties allowed?
No. The house is in a quiet area and we have a good relationship with the people who live there. The house is not suitable for parties or noisy groups.
